Terms & Conditions

1.1 - Please note if any personalised embroidered item of clothing that you have ordered doesn't fit, we are unable to refund these items. Our sizing charts are clearly listed with each clothing product. Of course, if they are damaged in any way then we will offer a refund. If your personalised embroidered clothing item is incorrect for any other reason, such as the wrong colour etc, then we will replace it once it has been established the error was on our part, just send your unwashed, unused, and unworn item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt with a detailed reason of what is wrong. Once received and verified, we’ll issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account.

1.2 - If we believe the product, you've returned has been damaged, washed, worn, used, or tampered with in any way we will not issue a refund or return the items. Goods must be returned in undamaged packaging. We are not responsible for the return cost of postage to us. This does not apply to underwear which we cannot refund once tried on. Of course, if there's a defect, we'll make things right. All our products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if 14 days have passed since your purchase.

1.3 - We, at Combatlogos, do everything we can to ensure your order gets to you safely, from secure wrapping and clear labelling, to using a returns address sticker on each parcel. Unfortunately, once the order has been posted, we cannot accept liability or responsibility for any loss of orders. We will always be able to produce Proof of Postage on request.

1.4 - Combatlogos require Payment in full before work can begin, this is unfortunately due to previous potential customers pulling out after the products had been completed and prior to dispatch. This has caused wasted time and money which is no longer be acceptable.

1.5 - All of our smaller orders will be dispatched via the Post Office using 2nd Class Recorded (Signed for), which gives you the customer that extra peace of mind. Larger order will be delivered using a courier postage service.

1.6 - Once an order has been received, it is understood that the customer has read and accepted our terms and conditions, therefore once embroidery has begun, refunds and subsequent order cancelations of any orders will not be accepted.

2.1 - If Combatlogos determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. If we find that there is no fault, or the item has been tampered with or damaged by yourself we are unable to return the product to you, unless you pay for the re-postage costs.

2.2 - To return products purchased at combatlogos.com follow these simple steps: .  Note products must be returned to us before we can make a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note all damaged goods you have received must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

2.3 - Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the purchase documentation along with the reason for returning the goods. Do not write or deface the original packaging or boxes. It must come back to us in the condition you received the goods.

2.4 - Please note all damages in transit or goods arriving that are damaged must be reported to us with 24 hours.

2.5 - Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. If you don't have the original return documentation, or if you have any other questions about your return, please call our Online Service Team (see contact us)

2.6 - Pack and seal your return securely and properly addressed. Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are not refundable, and Combatlogos.com can't be responsible for returns lost while in transit to us.

2.7 - There may be a charge for special delivery instructions and for customers who do not wish to use our carrier. The difference in postage with the Post Office may be more expensive.

2.8 - Make sure you include the original documentation sent to you when you purchased the goods. This is very important as we need the e-mail address and cost of the goods. We have thousands of records, and it takes too long for us to check your purchase.

2.9 - Do not send items back with expensive overnight carriers. We will not pay for this, use the most economical way you can.

2.10 - Grade 1 condition means in working condition and may have some small repairs.

2.11 - There is a minimum order quantity on all Rank Slide orders of between two and three pairs, however we accept that not everyone requires these quantities, therefore we will honour all orders but please realise that if you only order ONE pair, then your order will go to the back of the queue whilst those customers who have ordered the correct quantities will be dealt with first.

3.1 - All Digital Designs will be sent digitally; however actual proofs can be arranged. If an order is not secured from these samples, then the customer will be required to reimburse Combatlogos for all costs, which would include the following:

  1. Design Setup Fee (usually £25.00)
                b. All Sample costs
                  c. Postage of samples
                  d. Cost of labour incurred with creating the design as well as producing the samples.

4.1 - Please note that FREE samples only apply to bulk orders.
