Please be aware that we are very busy during this period and unfortunately for the next two months our usual delivery guidelines cannot be met, there is approximately a three week delay, please accept our apologise for this and we thank you for your patience and understanding and your continuing custom.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. All postage will be 2nd Class "Signed For" due to too many orders getting lost in the post, this means that someone will need to be present to sign/receive your order on the day of delivery.
We are a bespoke embroidery company and do not hold stock. All clothing orders received means that we need to order your items in from our suppliers. We pay carriage fee's and therefore we must wait until we have suffiecient quantities of clothing orders in before we can contact our suppliers for delivery of these items due to delivery costs. Everything is created from scratch, so providing stock is held we will aim to have your order delivered as follows:
Rank Slides - within 9 working days
T and Polo Shirts - within 9 working days
Fleece Jackets, Soft Shell Jackets and Hoodies - within 9 working days
Hats - within 9 working days
Badges- within 9 working days
If stock is not held then please allow extra time for suppliers to deliver, then use the same lead times as above. Naturally all timings are dependent on size of order. Please note that payment needs to be received before orders can be processed. The Post Office are doing their best during these unprecedented times, so please be patient.
Rank Slides have a minimum order amount of 3 pairs, however the system will allow smaller amounts to be placed. If you place an order for less than 3 pairs then unfortunately your order will automatically go towards the end of the queue due to all orders of the correct minimum quantities being dealt with first.
