These look fantastic and identify the team. This badge is the Air Cadet SEM Shooting Development Team badge and is embroidered onto olive green background with black thread and a black merrowed edging. The badge displays the eagle clutching the L98A2 Rifle with the crown above, with the wording "NULLA QUIA COETUM" above the crown and the letters "SEM" below the L98A2. Each badge measures 5.7 by 4.8 cm.
 
These badges will be sewn below the Union Jack Flash of the left blanking plate.
