Combatlogos now make rank patches that can attach anywhere. They are velcro backed and can be in MTP or OG materials. The size of each patch is 7cm x 5.5cm, the size is horizontal rather than vertical. In order for us to provide the correct service style of stripes etc for your rank please use the SERVICE drop down menu option. Royal Navy -Army - RAF - Royal Marine. 

They can have any rank. The edges of the patches have merrowed edging and can also be in various different thread colours to msuit your regiment...
